All money for tickets for the Night At The Dayton Dragons special BYS event are due by Monday 16th, 2008. Remember this is a great opportunity for all kid's (and parents!) to enjoy some real baseball excitement plus get free stuff!
Many thanks go out to the parents of the Mechanicsburg Kindergarten and 1st grade classes for their donation of food items to the concessions stand.

Our coaches need to email the results of their games to Billy Keaton from PC who is going to be collecting results for MWBL games.
Please have your coaches email game results within 48 hours.
If coaches would please email all the results to myself (see link above) I will forward the results on to Billy - this way we can still keep things central and reduce the number of emails having to be sent - the minute I receive I will forward the email to Billy on your behalf - thank you!

This year each of our teams has been invited to participate in the Mechanicsburg 4th of July parade. Each team is being asked to make a float and have their kids from the team ride on the float in their uniforms. We hope each team takes advantage of this opportunity.
The parade is going to be held on Saturday July 12th
They are asking the teams to meet at the Landmark to line up at 1:15 and the parade starts at 2:00.
Please talk to your coaches or team and get those creative juices flowing.
Burg Youth Sports has a great opportunity this year for its players and their families.
We are going to be having a Burg Youth Sports night at a Dayton Dragons game in July. There are limited number of seats and it is on a first come, first serve basis. If we as a league sell 100 or more tickets we can proudly watch our little ones on the field during the pre-game running around, meeting the mascots as well as some of the players.
With each ticket you not only get admission to the game but also a voucher to be redeemed at the game for a Dayton Dragons hat and a voucher to use for a free value meal at McDonalds. Make sure your little ones where their jersey shirts to represent our league.
